Kongthup作品《敲敲男孩》和《隔壁怪兽》的制作人已经准备好了他们的下一个项目该项目是改编自I'm Mynt写的两部大学爱情小说《长衫与齿轮》(长衫与齿轮Gown and Gearเมียวิศวะมัน(ส์)ดี หรือหมอจะลอง)和《走读生Extern》(走读生พี่หมอครับรับเกียร์แล้วเป็นเมียกูที)的综合 「长衫与齿轮Gown And Gear」 麦是一位即将成为医生的医科学生却发现自己被前大学万人迷、工程学大四学生农追求 「走读生Extern」 Gun 是一名疲惫不堪的医科学生在除夕夜发现了女友的不忠于是冲动地与一直暗恋他的四年级工科学生 Per 发生了关系 Kongthup Prod., the producers of 'Knock Knock Boys' and 'Monster Next Door' have their next project all set. The project is a combinati on of two college romance novels written by I'm Mynt "Gown and Gear*(Gown and Gear เมียวิศวะมัน(ส์)ดี หรือหมอจะลอง)  and “Extern"Extern" (EXTERN พี่หมอครับ! รับเกียร์แล้วเป็นเมียกูที). 「Gown And Gear」 Mai is a medical student who is about to become a doctor, but he finds himself pursued by nong, a former college heartthrob and senior engineering student. 「Extern」 Gun is a exhausted medical student, discovered his girlfriend's infidelity on New Year's Eve, so he impulsively had a relationship with Per, a fourth-grade engineering student who had always secretly loved him.
